Miller Welding Machines
With Miller welders, you can expect to be pulled in a number of different directions. Explore our selection of welding machines, including MIG welders and TIG welders, to find the perfect fit.
Multi-process welders allow you to perform a variety of welding processes on the job site, saving money by not having to switch power sources. There is a machine for every task from MIG, Stick, TIG, and Flux-Cored welding.
2. STICK (SMAW)
You can weld outdoors or on dirty and rusty objects with a stick welder. The welders are portable and inexpensive, using flux-coated rods that eliminate the need for bottled shielding gas. Miller also has many options to choose from, with some models offering both TIG and stick capabilities.
3. MULTI OPERATOR
If you need to remote power, use ArcReach to provide power and save money.
ArcReach brings convenience and accessibility to electric power sources needed on industrial sites. It also provides remote installation without any additional wiring.
Available in three models.
4. SUBMERGED ARC
The power sources are designed to handle Submerged Arc and Electroslag welding. It can also be using two or more power sources parallelly in tandem with other welding applications.
5. MIG (GMAW)
If you use MIG welding (GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding), then you should choose Millermatic® all-in-one machines or three-phase systems to suit a variety of applications.
MIG welding is the most common process in home shops, small businesses, manufacturing, and metal fabrication applications. Choose from Millermatic® all-in-one MIG welding machines or more powerful three-phased systems based on the type of metal to weld.
6. TIG (GTAW)
With TIG welding, one hand holds the torch while the other feeds filler metal, and it commonly uses a foot pedal or fingertips remote to control the arc amperage. For TIG welding it is necessary to use a shielding gas like argon.
With gasoline, diesel, or propane-fueled engine powered by an electrical generator, Engine Driven Welders can power air compressors and fans. They typically travel outdoors on a truck or trailer.
Lincoln Welding Machine
Lincoln Electric offers innovative tasks, welding processes and automated solutions. Designed for welders with training tools and fume control systems that promote quality of work and efficiency on the job site.
1. MIG Welders
The POWER MIG 360MP is a multipurpose machine that can be used for fabrication, ranching, auto body, or in a home workshop. It has an easy-to-use 7-inch LCD user interface and is easy to operate.
2. TIG Welders
The models of these mechanical welders provide precision welds in automotive, aerospace, and energy. They can weld steel, aluminum, etc.
3. Stick Welders
Find all welding equipment that automatically adjusts power and improves functionality, quality, and performance. The variety of welding products includes Stick welding or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) for mild steel, low alloy, stainless, cast iron, and hard facing for both repairs and fabrication.
4. Advanced Process Welders
Much like traditional welding techniques and equipment, Hyperfill is a wire filler technique that produces high deposition welds. Better still, it also offers semi-automatic and industrial robotic welding as an option.
